Job description

We are currently looking for a Financial Assistant for our accounting team in our Global Head Office in Hoofddorp to support (Sr.) Finance Accountant with the processing of invoices. This position is part-time for 16 hours per week, working hours to be agreed in consultation.

The key activities of this position in detail are:

1. Process invoicing

  • To be responsible for the processing of invoices, allocating to appropriate Cost Centre;

  • To review the employee expenses (declarations, corporate credit cards etc.) in Concur application.

2. Intercompany recharges and reconciliation

  • To support in preparation of invoices (recharges) for the Business Units such as M&S fees, salaries, other costs;

  • To take an ownership of the Intercompany Balances reconciliations with other Business Units.

3. Other duties

  • To support Finance Manager with ad-hoc tasks.

Job requirements

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor in Finance, Accounting and/or Business Administration (student or alumni);

  • Working experience is not required;

  • Basic understanding of accounting bookings and principles of accruals and invoices;

  • Attention to details and patience are highly required.
