Position: HR Recruitment Work Student
Duration: 3 months, start as soon as possible

Working Days: Approximately 3 days per week

Responsibilities:

• Analyze our current recruitment process

• Provide recommendations in order to make our recruitment process up-to-date, inclusive, and bias-proof

• Write an implementation plan

What are we looking for?

• Final-year student in Human Resources on Dutch educational institute

• You have good insights on the Dutch Recruitment Market

• In order to apply for this position you must be in the possession of a Dutch citizenship or a valid work permit for the Netherlands

• Excellent command of the English language is a must, both verbally and written

• Preferably knowledge of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Recruitee

• Preferably already have some administrative work experience

• Analytical skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
